White Silica Gel | Industrial Grade Moisture Adsorber

OozeChem supplies white silica gel made from pure silicon dioxide. This material is used to adsorb moisture in industrial and commercial environments. It is odorless, chemically stable, and does not react with most materials. White silica gel has a high surface area, allowing it to attract and hold water vapor from surrounding air. It is suitable for applications that require clean, colorless desiccants, such as packaging, electronics, and medical products.

The product is available in various particle sizes to suit different drying systems. It can be reused after drying and remains effective over multiple cycles. White silica gel remains structurally stable and does not break apart easily during handling or use. It performs well under a wide range of temperatures and storage conditions.

Regeneration Instructions

To reuse white silica gel, heat it in a dry oven at 110 to 130 degrees Celsius for 3 to 5 hours. Make sure airflow is even and heat is applied to the full batch. Let the material cool slowly in a dry environment before reuse. Use a scale to check that water has been removed based on weight change.

Storage and Handling

Store white silica gel in closed, moisture-proof containers. Keep away from strong chemicals or liquids. Use dry tools and avoid open-air exposure during transfer. Store in a cool, dry area and rotate stock regularly to keep the material fresh.

Safety Information

White silica gel is safe to handle with basic protective gear. Avoid breathing dust and use proper ventilation in bulk handling areas. It is non-toxic but should not be ingested. Dispose of used silica gel according to local waste guidelines. Refer to the product safety sheet for complete instructions on handling and emergency response
